Nothing about Ben’s career has been handed to him. From running his own landscaping business after graduating school to becoming one of the youngest licensed real estate agents in Australia at just 21, Ben has always believed in earning his place. Today, as Director and Licensee, he leads from the front — involved in every layer of the business and holding himself to the same standards he expects of his team.
A proud graduate of Hale School (Class of 2010), Ben entered real estate with a clear focus on long-term growth and leadership. In 2017, he purchased the business and has since built a structured, process-driven company grounded in strong systems, accountability and genuine relationships.
Committed to continual improvement, Ben completed a Graduate Certificate in Business through the UWA Business School (MBA School), strengthening his strategic and operational leadership.
He has invested extensively in professional development, spending significant time training within his own office while also presenting and speaking to other agencies. Ben has undertaken advanced training on the East Coast, including extensive work with The Speakers Institute, where he was invited to continue working closely with them — a reflection of his communication ability and leadership presence.
Deeply connected to the local community, Ben has been both a sponsor and player at Wembley Downs Soccer Club for over 15 years and spent 10 years involved with Scarborough Surf Life Saving Club. He played for many years at West Coast Amateur Football Club and remains a major sponsor of the club today.
An endurance athlete at heart, Ben has competed in five Rottnest Channel Swim events — demonstrating the preparation, resilience and discipline that carry into his business.
As Director, Ben is heavily involved in the day-to-day running of the company. There is no role within the business he has not personally performed — from prospecting and negotiating to property management, operations and team development. This hands-on leadership ensures strong systems, accountability at every level and a culture built on high standards.
Year after year, the business continues to expand across both sales and property management — a testament to disciplined processes, a great team and a commitment to doing things properly.
Outside of business, Ben and his wife Loz are proud parents to their son Jack. As a family, they enjoy travelling to Rottnest Island, exploring Australia and discovering destinations overseas.
